"Neighborhood Watch Program" was started during the November 2010 LLIC Art Battle at the Savoy in Ypsilanti, MI. Later that year there was a silent auction of the artwork so I wanted to finish everything I wanted to do with it. I added the mound under the house, oak trim, a few coats of amber shellac, and a little hobby grass.

The photos were shot in an abandoned house which fell victim to the "housing crisis."
